You sell to customers in Israel; stock and orders are received, prepared and dispatched from our operations in Guangzhou. You keep control of your store, product selection and customer communication, while the China-side team coordinates receiving, product identification, picking, packing and carrier handover to your agreed instructions.
Who this fulfillment setup is for
- Store owners selling through online marketplaces, social commerce channels, Shopify, WordPress or independent websites who want orders sent to Israeli customers.
- Small brands buying samples and small batches from Chinese suppliers who need consolidated receiving before dispatch.
- Sellers who already have a supplier and need help receiving goods, checking references, packing and forwarding orders from China.
- Business buyers preparing larger restock shipments that later move to air or sea freight.
The fulfillment workflow from supplier to Israeli customer
- Order setup and SKU definitions. For each product, provide product name, supplier link or reference, quantity, packing preference, labels or inserts, and special handling notes.
- Goods receiving in Guangzhou. Incoming parcels are matched against purchase references. The team records what arrived and flags anything missing, different or mismatched.
- Product identification and check level. Items are identified by SKU, count and basic condition. Inspection depth, defect review and photo reporting are agreed before orders begin.
- Picking and packing. Store orders are picked from the order sheet, packed in agreed materials, labelled and prepared for carrier handover. Instructions on wrapping, gift notes, supplier invoices or branded packaging are supplied in advance.
- Carrier handover and tracking. The approved channel dispatches the order; tracking references are recorded against it. The team can follow up on delays, missing updates or carrier exceptions.
- Destination delivery and exceptions. Delivery depends on the Israeli carrier, customs review, address accuracy and local conditions. Returns, address changes or failures need a separately agreed plan.
What your store needs to provide before the first batch
| Setup item | Define clearly | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| SKU and product mapping | Store SKU, supplier item, variant, color, size and quantity per order. | Prevents wrong-item picks between similar variants. |
| Packing rules | Protective wrapping, poly mailer or box, fragile handling, inserts, thank-you cards, excluding supplier invoices. | Matches your store brand and reduces transit damage. |
| Shipping channel | Courier express for single orders, consolidation for combined parcels, air or sea freight for restock batches. | Keeps cost and delivery time aligned with each order type. |
| Customs and importer | Who clears the shipment, recipient details, declared value basis and delivery term such as DDP or DAP. | Avoids unclear responsibility after the parcel reaches Israel. |
| Returns policy | Whether returns go back to China, to a local Israeli address, or are disposed of, and the condition that qualifies. | Protects cash flow and sets honest customer expectations. |
Single dropshipping orders versus bulk stock fulfillment
Single-order dropshipping: each customer order is packed and dispatched separately as it arrives. This suits low-volume test selling and products with stable stock, but per-order handling and shipping costs are higher than bulk shipments.
Bulk stock fulfillment: a larger purchase arrives at the China warehouse, is identified and stored under agreed rules, then orders are picked and packed as customers buy. This can lower per-unit transport cost but requires SKU setup, storage rules, stock counts and a clear returns policy.
Platform connection, ongoing storage duration, return processing and product photography are separate work items and must be confirmed before the service begins.
Customs and customer expectations for Israeli orders
Each order sent to an Israeli customer follows Israeli import rules for that recipient and product. Sellers should communicate shipping time, possible tax responsibility and delivery conditions honestly at checkout. A shipment above the applicable personal exemption may face VAT, duty or purchase tax under official assessment; the store should decide beforehand whether prices are tax-inclusive, whether DDP terms are used, or whether the customer pays destination charges.
Restricted categories such as batteries, cosmetics, liquids, magnets and regulated electronics need pre-check before listing. A supplier who ships domestically in China may not meet the requirements for international air or courier carriage to Israel.
Returns and exceptions: plan them before the first sale
- Define whether a return can come back to the China operation, be redirected to another address, or be discarded.
- Set a condition standard: unopened, unused, defective on arrival, customer changed mind, or damaged in transit.
- Agree who covers return shipping, replacement cost and restocking fees.
- Keep order references, photos and carrier records so a dispute traces back to the original order and packing stage.
First-batch checklist for a new store setup
- Share your product list, supplier links and target customer locations in Israel.
- Confirm product category, battery or sensitive-goods status and expected order volume.
- Define SKU mapping, packing rules and any custom inserts or labels.
- Choose the shipping channel for test orders and restock batches separately.
- Agree inspection level, storage duration, return handling and exception communication.
- Run a small test batch before scaling; review packing quality, tracking flow and delivery feedback.
Questions store owners ask
Can my supplier ship directly to my Israeli customers?
Arrangements cover receiving, picking, packing and carrier handover from our Guangzhou operation to your order instructions. Platform connection, storage and returns require separate agreement before they are included in scope.
Which platforms can be supported?
Order files, SKU sheets and manual order information can be handled for agreed workflows. Live platform integration, automatic order sync and dedicated connection development are discussed separately based on your store setup.
Do you store inventory for online stores?
Consolidated receiving and short-term order preparation can be arranged under agreed rules. Long-term storage, stock rotation, reorder alerts and warehousing charges must be confirmed before stock arrives.
Who handles Israeli customs for a customer order?
It depends on the delivery term and importer arrangement. DDP and DAP responsibilities differ, and the importer of record must be agreed before dispatch. Do not assume a courier automatically covers destination tax.
Can you inspect or photograph goods before dispatch?
Basic identification and agreed checks can be part of the service. Deeper quality inspection, defect sampling and photo reporting are separate scope and specified per product before ordering.
