Delivery, collection, returns and refunds involve different responsibilities. Agree on the delivery point and the steps for a missed delivery, damaged goods or a return before dispatch.
What to agree before starting
Confirm who communicates with the recipient, whether delivery or collection is planned and how exceptions are reported. Keep the shipment reference and relevant photos or documents. Ask the team about the actual carrier process and deadlines; do not assume a return or refund is automatic.
Cost & confirmation
Confirm any redelivery, storage, return transport and additional handling charges separately. A product refund, supplier warranty, transport claim and insurance claim follow their own agreements and procedures. Coordination support does not promise compensation.
Know what the latest update confirms
- Received in the China warehouse
- A warehouse stage has been recorded. It does not by itself confirm carrier acceptance or departure.
- Transport and clearance
- Check the latest record and its time. Arrival, customs processing and release are different steps.
- Ready for collection or delivery
- Check the actual notice and receiving instructions. Availability for collection is not completed delivery.
- Handover completed
- The applicable delivery record confirms the handover; check the recorded place and recipient or collection event.
Check the receiving instructions before travelling
Confirm the delivery method available for the booked route. For collection, read the actual arrival notice for the address, opening hours and collection instructions. Changes to an address or collection location require confirmation with the executing party and may affect cost or availability.
Get the return arrangement agreed first
Return transport and a refund are different decisions. Keep the goods and packaging available while an issue is reviewed; compensation and claim requirements follow the applicable agreement.
- The seller’s permission and the confirmed receiving address.
- Any required return reference or label and the goods that can be returned.
- Who pays transport and clearance, and what happens after the goods are received.
Questions along the way
Is this page a live tracking service?
No. It explains the stages. For a shipment arranged through us, share its reference, latest update and time with the team so we can check the next action.
Does sending the goods back guarantee a refund?
No. Confirm seller approval and refund conditions separately from the return transport. Do not send goods back without an agreed receiving arrangement.
