What to agree before starting
Share a product description and destination. Batteries, liquids and regulated products require review before dispatch. Personal-use imports and goods for resale may follow different requirements.
Cost & confirmation
Packed weight and dimensions affect the price. Confirm whether duties, clearance and destination delivery are included.
A useful first message
- What is inside, how many items and whether this is personal use, a sample or stock for sale.
- The packed measurements and weight if known; tell us if they are still estimates.
- The destination town and the delivery method you need, plus any timing constraints.
The last step matters too
Confirm the exact handover destination in the quote. Home delivery, business delivery and collection points depend on the approved route and executing party. A local operator’s collection network does not mean every China-to-Israel parcel can use it.
Before the parcel leaves China
Check the product description, package count, agreed packaging, shipping reference and customs information together. If the product contains a battery or liquid, raise that before dispatch. A prepared label and physical carrier receipt are separate steps.

Can I combine purchases from several suppliers?
We can discuss consolidation. Confirm receiving, checks, repacking, storage and the final packed measurements and charges before proceeding.
Will the parcel always arrive at my door?
The available destination delivery method must be confirmed for the shipment. Do not assume home delivery from the word “parcel” or “express”.
