Compare the whole route, not only the main freight charge. Express parcels suit some smaller consignments; air and sea options should be evaluated against cargo size, urgency and handling needs.
What to agree before starting
Ask about accepted cargo, packed weight and volume, collection, customs documents, destination handling and final delivery. Sea freight generally takes longer; availability and route disruptions can change the comparison.
Cost & confirmation
Request an itemised quote. Carrier-specific dimensional weight rules and destination charges matter. We do not publish a universal rate or fixed China–Israel transit time.
Ask where the estimate starts and ends
Does it start at supplier readiness, warehouse receiving, carrier acceptance or departure? Does it end at arrival, release, a collection point or delivery to the agreed address? A useful comparison states both events. Published carrier estimates do not remove clearance or route uncertainties.
A low freight line is only part of the comparison
- Check origin collection, handling and any required repacking.
- Check the weight basis, cargo restrictions and the quoted service.
- Check clearance, destination charges and final delivery; ask which possible additions need approval.
Questions along the way
Can you choose the route for me?
Tell us the goods, destination and priorities. We can compare available arrangements with you, then confirm the chosen route and scope in writing.
What should I do if weight and dimensions are unknown?
Mark them as unconfirmed in the preparation note below. Final packaging measurements need to be checked before a transport price is confirmed.

A checklist for comparing quotations
Ask for the same scope when comparing express, air and sea options. Use the relevant rows below to make the cost and handover clear.
| Item | What the quotation should confirm |
|---|---|
| Product and sourcing, if needed | Product price, service fee and transport from the supplier within China. |
| Warehouse work in China | Receiving, storage, agreed checks, picking, packaging and dispatch preparation. |
| International transport | Route, packed weight and dimensions, the carrier’s dimensional-weight rules and the quoted transport charge. |
| Import clearance and taxes | DDP or DAP, the importer arrangement and which clearance charges and taxes are covered. |
| Destination and delivery | Terminal or destination handling, onward delivery, the exact delivery point and unloading. |
| Changes and exceptions | Any separately agreed work, insurance or exception handling, and how additional costs are approved. |
Ask for a status beside each relevant item
- Included
- Separate charge
- Not applicable
- To confirm
A service name or a blank cost line does not confirm inclusion. Confirm the scope and charges in writing before booking.
Prepare a shipment note
Start with your goods or a question. Add the packing details you know; every field is optional, and you can edit the note before sharing it.
RouteChina → Israel
Review the note, add any different package sizes, and keep unknown details as “To confirm”. The team confirms cargo acceptance, the route and charges separately.
Continue when you are ready to share. This keeps the note temporarily in this tab for up to 15 minutes and carries it into the form. Review it there and send the enquiry separately.
Communication that prevents misunderstandings
Describe the intended product use and what matters to you. We confirm specifications and instructions together in writing, distinguishing agreed work from items still awaiting approval.
Service scope follows the project brief and Jeton Express service standards. Final conditions are confirmed in writing.
