We help coordinate receiving, order handling and B2C dispatch. The work is agreed around your products and order process.
What to agree before starting
Agree on SKU identification, order data, packaging, checks and exceptions. Store integration, returns and storage periods require separate confirmation and are not automatically included.
Cost & confirmation
Itemise receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and exceptions. Cost depends on the agreed work.
Three handovers to agree in China
- Receiving
- Identify the arriving goods, quantities and SKU references; agree how discrepancies are recorded.
- Order preparation
- Confirm picking instructions, packaging, any agreed checks and who approves release.
- Carrier handover
- Record the shipment reference and confirmed destination delivery scope. Warehouse receipt alone does not mean the parcel has departed.
Prepare a small, clear order brief
Start by describing your store and products. Store connections, automated stock sync and an Israeli warehouse are not assumed parts of this service.
- Product and SKU references, variants and the required quantity for each order.
- Packing instructions, labels or inserts, and what to do when stock or instructions do not match.
- Expected order pattern and the separately agreed storage, return and exception handling.
Compare the complete handling cost
Ask which tasks are priced separately: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns. Include the destination delivery method in the comparison, rather than comparing only a parcel charge.
Questions along the way
Do I need a store integration to start?
No integration is assumed. First agree how order data will be shared and checked. A store connection needs separate confirmation.
Can returns go back to the China warehouse?
This needs approval of the receiving address, goods, route, charges and later treatment of the stock. Do not return goods before the arrangement is confirmed.
