Help us understand what a good result looks like
- Send a product link or a photo and describe how you will use it.
- Identify the details that cannot change: size, material, colour, compatibility or branding.
- Say whether you need one purchase, samples or a repeat supply arrangement. Unknown details can stay open for discussion.
Give the supplier one approved version
We use a shared specification to bridge language and product expectations. Agree who approves a sample, what the agreed checks cover and when purchasing can proceed. Ask for any substitution or changed packaging to be approved before execution.
